Why one plan instead of tiered pricing?

Tiers force the team to choose between paying for features they don't use and not getting the ones they need. One plan removes the "should we upgrade?" debate. Everyone gets everything, paid per seat.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. The full product is free up to 300 tickets, forever. No card. After that it's £5/user/month if you want to keep going. Separately, the marketing tools (calculators, templates, blog, glossary) are free with no signup at all; use those forever even if you never start a SprintFlint account.

What's included?

Everything: AI-powered ticket imports from Notion / Linear / Jira / plain text, GitHub integration (auto-link branches/PRs), real-time sprint collaboration, sprint forecasting (Monte Carlo at p85), retros with action tracker, velocity & cycle-time analytics, integrations, the API, and unlimited sprints.

Can I bring my own AI key?

Yes. SprintFlint integrates with Claude / OpenAI / your own model; bring your own key, or use the included one. Either way it's in the Standard plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing page in two clicks. Refunds for unused time on yearly plans are issued on request.
